To delete a web user
1. On the Geneticist Assistant main menu, click File > User Management.
The User Management dialog box opens. The User tab is the open tab.
2. Click Web User.
The Web User tab opens. The tab displays all the web users that are currently configured to access your instance of the Geneticist Assistant customer portal.

No confirmation message opens asking you if you are sure that you want to delete a selected user. Instead, the user is deleted immediately, so be very sure that you want to delete a user before doing so.
3. Right-click the web user that you are deleting, and on the context menu that opens, click Disable User.
The web user is deleted.
