Project Folder | The folder in which to save the project file. The default location is the folder in which the project sample files are saved. For example, if the project sample files are saved in C:\GM_HTS\Project_A_SampleFiles, then the project file is also saved in \GM_HTS\Project_A_SampleFiles. To select a different location, next to the Project Folder field, click the Browse button to open the Project Save Location dialog box, and then browse to and select a different folder. Reference Path Use Default Reference | Do one of the following: • To use the revised Cambridge reference sequence (rCRS) that is supplied with GeneMarkerHTS, select Use Default Reference. • To use a different reference, clear Use Default Reference, and then next to the Reference Path field, click the Browse button to open the Open Reference dialog box, and then browse to and select the reference. Warning: If you select a different reference, then it must be in either FASTA or GBK format. |
