Leave Panel set to the default value of None or, on the Panel dropdown list, select from one of the four pre-supplied panels from Promega: • Promega_Powerseq_46GY_v1 (STRs and Y-STRs) • Promega_Powerseq_CRM_v1 (mtDNA only) • Promega_Powerseq_56GMY_v1 (STRs, Y-STRs, and mtDNA) • Promega_Powerseq_WholeMito_v1 (mtDNA only) Note: For a complete description of the available panels, see https://www.promega.com and search for the specific panel in which you are interested.
