Specifying amplicon regions

The Amplicon Settings dialog box contains the settings for specifying which
amplicon-sequenced regions were used for the mtDNA alignment project. If you select Amplicon Settings for an mtDNA alignment project, then you must do one of the following:

• You must load a BED file that includes the amplicon regions.

• You must manually add the amplicon regions.

1. On the New Project dialog box, click Amplicon Settings.

The Amplicon Settings dialog box opens.

2. Continue to one of the following:

• To load an amplicon BED file.

• To manually add amplicon regions.
