ClinVar track settings

You can elect to include all variants, only the variants that are reported in ClinVar, or only the variants that are not reported in ClinVar.

Setting	Description
At least [ ] prediction satisfied	The default value is one. A variant must pass the filtering settings for only one of the available clinical origin or clinical significance values to be displayed in the Mutation report. Increase this value as needed.
Filtering Settings	Select the variants that are to be included in the Mutation report based on clinical origin and/or clinical significance.
