dbscSNV track settings

You can elect to include all variants, only the variants that are reported in dbscSNV, or only the variants that are not reported in dbscSNV.

Setting	Description
At least [ ] Criteria Satisfied	The default value is one. A variant must pass the filtering settings for only one of the available conservation scores to be displayed in the Mutation report. Increase this value as needed.
Filtering Settings	Select the variants that are to be included in the Mutation report based on the dbscSNV scores and/or regions.
