Opening the NextGENe SAD Tool
The NextGENe Sensitive Aneuploidy Detection tool (NextGENe SAD tool) is available from the following locations:
• The client start menu: The NextGENe SAD tool is installed silently as a standalone application when you install NextGENe, and therefore, is available from your client Start menu: Start > All Programs > SoftGenetics > NextGENe > SAD.
• From the NextGENe Tools menu: Tools > < >.
• From the NextGENe Viewer Comparisons menu: Comparisons > Aneuploidy Tool.
After you launch the NextGENe SAD tool, the NextGENe SAD tool main window opens. The window is your starting point for the using the NextGENe SAD tool. See
