Viewing and Working with Model Results

*
After you double-click a model to open the Model page, if you see only the Samples pane (no Targeted Chromosomes pane is displayed), then Edit is turned off for the model. At the top of the Model page, click the Edit toggle to turn on editing and display both panes. The Edit toggle is now displayed as Edit Off.
The Samples (top) pane of the Model page displays all the control sample files, and if applicable, all the test sample files, that were used to train and test the model. The Targeted Chromosomes (bottom) pane of the Model page displays a tab for each chromosome that the model targeted.
Each tab displays the following information for the targeted chromosome:
Summary information for the calculated ratios, including the chromosomes that were used for the normalization process and the p-value from the Shapiro-Wilk normality test.
A Boxplot of the ratios in the control samples.
A Quantile-Quantile plot that compares the NCV distribution to a normal distribution.
A Normalized Chromosome Value plot that shows all the NCVs for the control samples, and if applicable, the test samples. The X-axis on the plot corresponds to the selected sample. The Y-axis on the plot corresponds to the NCV for the sample.
The Model page is interactive:
You can click a sample in the Control pane to highlight the sample in the Quantile-Quantile plot and in the NCV plot, which allows for fast, visual evaluation of the NCV for the sample. If the sample is a test sample, then this visual comparison helps you determine if the NCV cutoff values for your model are satisfactory, or if you should modify the values.
You can hold your pointer over the QA column for a sample in the Samples pane to open a QA Report popup that provides some basic quality information for the sample such as the quality trimming and alignment performance, a plot of the raw basescall quality per base, and a GC correction results plot.
To return to the Models page at any time, you can do one of the following in the Breadcrumbs trail at the top of the Model page:
Click the Home icon.
Hold your mouse pointer over the Model link to display a Close (X) icon for the link, and then click this link.
