Viewing Information for and Re-running an Existing Model
After you train, and if applicable, test a model, and then save the model, you always have the option of running the model again. For example, if you determine that the Fetal Fraction of your control samples should be modified, then you would re-run only the statistics for the model. If any of your control samples or test samples were BAM files, and your initial model results indicate that the alignment of the files is not satisfactory for training or testing the model, and therefore, you would rather have the NextGENe SAD tool do the alignment, then you would rerun both the alignment and the statistics for the model.
1. On the menu bar, click Models.
The Models page opens. The page displays all models that have been previously created with any status (Untrained/Untested, Trained/Untested, and so on) for this instance of the NextGENe SAD tool.
2. Double-click a model entry on the Models page.
The Model page opens. The page lists all the relevant information for the selected model. See

If the expected information is not displayed for the model such as the Model Variables pane or the Targeted Chromosomes pane, then Edit is turned off for the model. At the top of the Model page, click the Edit toggle to turn on editing and display the appropriate panes. The Edit toggle is now displayed as Edit Off.
3. Do any of the following as appropriate:

Description
Add new control samples and/or test samples to an existing model
Click Run or Click Run > Run Model. (The options are identical.)

Re-run the model for statistics only
Click Run > Advanced, and then click Re-run statistics only.
Re-run the model for both alignment and statistics
Click Run > Advanced, and then click Re-run Alignment & Statistics.
Edit the model and run the model again
1. Optionally, edit any or all of the following values for the model:
The Min Aneuploidy Frequency value.
The Target chromosomes.
The default cutoff limits for the NCVs for the target chromosomes.
2. Optionally, do one or both of the following:
Add or remove control samples.
Add or remove test samples.
3. Click Run > Run Model.
Delete the model
Note: If you delete a model, the results of any analysis that used the model are not deleted.
1. At the top of the Model page, click Delete.
A Warning message opens, informing you that the model will be deleted and asking you to confirm the operation.
2. Click OK.
The message closes and the model is immediately deleted. You return to the Models page.
