Viewing and Working with Analysis Results

*
After you double-click an analysis to open the Analysis page, if you do not see the Analysis summary and Model information, then Edit is turned off for the analysis. At the top of the Analysis page, click the Edit toggle to turn on editing and display all analysis information and results. The Edit toggle is now displayed as Edit Off.
The Samples (top) pane of the Analysis page displays all the sample files that were run for the analysis and includes the aneuploidy call (Normal, Monosomy, Trisomy, or Undetermined) for each targeted chromosome in every sample. The Targeted Chromosomes (bottom) pane of the Model page displays Normalized Chromosome Value plots for each targeted chromosome in all the analyzed sample files.
The Analysis page is interactive.
You can click a sample in the Samples pane to highlight the corresponding NCV value for each targeted chromosome in the sample.
You can hold your pointer over the QA column for a sample in the Samples pane to open a QA Report popup that provides some basic quality information for the sample such as the quality trimming and alignment performance, a plot of the raw basescall quality per base, and a GC correction results plot.
To return to the Analyses page at any time, you can do one of the following in the Breadcrumbs trail at the top of the Analysis page:
Click the Home icon.
Hold your mouse pointer over the Analysis link to display a Close (X) icon for the link, and then click this link.
You can generate an onscreen Analysis Results report that details the aneuploidy calculation for each targeted chromosome in all the analyzed samples on a Aneuploidy Calculation tab and the GC correction information for each analyzed sample on a GC Correction tab. To generate the report, at the top of the Analysis window, click Report. When the report first opens, the Aneuploidy Calculation tab is the open tab.
To view the GC correction information, click the GC correction tab to open the tab. When the tab first opens, a Generating GC correction plot message opens. The message shows the progress of generating the GC correction plot for each analyzed sample. After all the plots are successfully generated, the message closes, and the tab displays the generated plots.
To return to the Analysis page at any time, at the top of the report display, click Main.
