Viewing Information for and Re-running an Existing Analysis
After analyze patient samples, you always have the option of running the analysis again. For example, if you determine that the Fetal Fraction of your patient samples should be modified, then you would re-run only the statistics for the analysis. If any of your patient samples were BAM files, and your initial analysis results indicate that the alignment of the files is not satisfactory, and therefore, you would rather have the NextGENe SAD tool do the alignment, then you would rerun both the alignment and the statistics for the analysis.
1. If required, on the Menu bar, click Analysis to open the Analyses page.
2. Double-click an analysis entry on the Analyses page.
The Analysis page opens. The page lists all the relevant information for the selected analysis. See

After you double-click an analysis to open the Analysis page, if you do not see the Analysis summary and Model information, then Edit is turned off for the analysis. At the top of the Analysis page, click the Edit toggle to turn on editing and display all analysis information and results. The Edit toggle is now displayed as Edit Off.
3. Do any of the following as appropriate:

Add new patient samples to an existing analysis
Click Run or Click Run > Run Analysis. (The options are identical.)
The analysis considers just the newly added files, and then continues with the analysis as appropriate.
Re-run the analysis for statistics only
Click Run > Advanced, and then click Re-run statistics only.
Re-run the analysis for both alignment and statistics
Click Run > Advanced, and then click Re-run Alignment & Statistics.
Edit the analysis and run the analysis again
1. Do one or both of the following.
Select a different model for analyzing the samples.
Add or remove samples.
2. Click Run > Run Analysis..
Delete the analysis
1. At the top of the Analysis page, click Delete.
A Warning message opens, informing you that the analysis will be deleted and asking you to confirm the operation.
2. Click OK.
The message closes and the analysis is immediately deleted. You return to the Analyses page.
