Sequence Alignment Project Mutation Report Settings
While in the default alignment view, three options are available for specifying the information that is to be displayed in the Mutation report.
• General settings. See Mutation Report Settings dialog box.
• Variation tracks settings. See Variation Tracks Settings dialog box.
• Gene tracks settings. See Gene Tracks Settings dialog box.
