The Matched/Unmatched report displays a list of all reads that did not match to the reference. The report also shows the total number of reads that matched to the reference and the total number of reads that did not match to the reference as well as the read title and the sequence for all unmatched reads. To save the reads to a .fasta file, on the report toolbar, click the Save Report icon . A default name (<project name>_Unmatched) and location (the project output folder) are provided for the file, but you can change one or both of these values.
