To display summary coverage information for the BED file regions (Coverage Curve report)
After you load a BED file and generate the Coverage Curve report for the file, do one of the following to open the Target Region Statistics dialog box, which displays the summary coverage information for the BED file regions:
• On the report menu, you can click File > Target Region Statistics.
• On the report toolbar, you can click the Target Region Statistics icon

The Target Region Statistics dialog box displays the following information:

You can save the target region information that is displayed in the Target Regions Statistics dialog box to a text (*.txt) file. You can click File > Save Target Region Statistics, or on the dialog box toolbar, you can click the Save Report

icon. A default report name (<project_name>_Target_Region_Statistics) and location (project folder) are provided, but you can change one or both of these values.
