To specify the values for the Sequence Assembly step
1. Click Next or Assembly.
The Assembly Settings page opens. The assembly settings on this page vary depending on the selected instrument type and, if applicable, the selected condensation options.

2. If applicable, continue to the next analysis step for the project; otherwise, if this is your last analysis step, click Finish, and then continue to To finish the project.
