Sequence Assembly Tool Settings
All assembly projects use the same General Assembly settings. The Final Assembly methods that are available on the Assembly Settings page are based on the selected instrument type and the selected Condensation method (Consolidation, Elongation, or Error Correction). When you select an assembly method, the corresponding settings are automatically populated with values that SoftGenetics has determined, from experience, are appropriate for the selected method. You can leave these settings as-is, or you can modify the settings. At any time, you can click Default Settings to automatically reset all the values to SoftGenetics’s default values.
