The Comparison viewer main menu has four unique options.

Comparison Filter Settings
Opens the Filter Settings dialog box. You use the options on this dialog box to adjust the filter settings for the project and dynamically update the Comparison viewer display.
Note: Any edits that you make to the project filter settings here affect only the Comparison viewer display. They do not affect the Mito Alignment viewer display.
<Variant Comparison Type>
Three available options. Applicable only for the Sample to Sample Comparison pane. See Sample to Sample Comparison pane.
