Barcode/Primer File
You can use a program such as Microsoft Excel to create a Barcode Primer File and save the file as a tab-delimited text file. Each line in the file must include the sample ID and an entry for each barcode tag in the sample. The figure below is a sample Barcode/Primer file with just two tags for each sample. Each line in the file includes the sample ID (Sample_ID), the forward barcode tag (Forward Tag) and the reverse barcode tag (Reverse Tag).
