The Job Tree pane is the left pane of the NextGENe AutoRun Job Editor dialog box. It displays all the jobs that are contained in a loaded job file. You can expand and collapse the Job Tree structure as needed to view all the information (sample files, preprocessing settings, and so on) for each job in the job file.
