Save current jobs to file icon – Saves the information for all the jobs that are displayed in the Job Tree pane in a NextGENe AutoRun job file. You can specify a file name and location for the job file.
Note: The file has an extension of .ngjob and you cannot change this.
Add a new job icon – Multiple options are available on the icon’s dropdown menu:
Add a New Job option – Refreshes the Job Editor dialog box with a placeholder for another job. You must add the necessary information for each additional job. After you have added all the necessary jobs, click Save.
Add a Report-only Job – Used for batch processing of previously processed sequence alignment projects to output reports and other export files. See Batch Processing of Previously Processed Projects to Output Reports and Other Export Files.
Add a Secondary Analysis Job – Initiates the secondary batch analysis of multiple projects. See Secondary Batch Analysis of Multiple Projects.
Delete current job icon – Deletes the job that is currently selected in the Job Tree pane.
Duplicate current job icon – Create a new job with options that are identical to options for the job that is currently selected in the Job Tree pane.
Note: This is useful to create a new job that needs only minor modifications.

This option opens the Group Jobs dialog box so that you can do this. The same job options are applied to all the separate job files. See To group jobs in the NextGENe AutoRun tool.
Apply settings to all jobs icon – Applies all the settings for the job that is currently displayed in the Job Editing pane to all the jobs that are contained in the job file.
