To modify a NextGENe AutoRun template
When you modify a NextGENe AutoRun template, you can modify any of the settings that have been specified for the template.
1. Do one of the following:
• On the NextGENe main menu, click Tools > NextGENe AutoRun.
• On the Start menu, select All Programs\SoftGenetics\NextGENe\NG_<Version>\NG_AutoRun.
The NextGENe AutoRun window opens.
2. On the NextGENe AutoRun main menu, click Tool > Job Editor.
The Job Editor dialog box opens.
3. On the Template dropdown list, select the appropriate template.
The selected template is loaded into the Job Editor.
4. Next to the Template dropdown list, click Edit.
The template settings become available for editing.

6. Next to the Template dropdown list, click Save.
