To select the targeted chromosomes
1. Do one of the following:
• If your model is to target the default chromosomes 13,18, and 21, then continue to To load the control sample files.
• If your model is to target chromosomes other than the default values of 13, 18, and 21, continue to Step 2.
2. Next to the Target Chrs field, click the Browse button to open the Select Target Chromosomes dialog box. By default, chromosomes 13, 18, and 21 are selected.
 | You can select non-sex and/or the sex chromosomes as the targeted chromosomes. If you select the sex chromosomes, then based on the current functioning of the tool, you must contact tech_support@softgenetics.com for further assistance. |
3. In the Select Target Chromosomes dialog box, do the following:
a. Clear the selections for the chromosomes that are you are not targeting and/or select your chromosomes that are you targeting, up to a maximum of six targeted chromosomes.
b. OK to close the dialog box and return to the Models page.
4. Continue to To load the control sample files.
