To run a sample analysis
For each analysis that you are running, do the following:
1. On the Analysis page, confirm that the correct model is selected.
2. Click Run.
The Run window opens. The Run window displays the progress of each sample analysis that you initiated. You can view detailed analysis information by clicking on the text that is displayed above the progress bar on the Run window.
After processing for all the Runs are complete, the Run window closes and the Analyses page opens. An entry for each analysis is displayed on the page.
