Paired Reads Table report
The Paired Reads Table report tabulates the information that is displayed in each of the graphs in the Paired Reads Graph report. By default, when the report is first generated, the report tabulates the information for the Opposite Direction Paired Reads graph.
The report is interactive:
• To generate any of the three reports – Opposite Direction Paired Reads, Same Direction Paired Reads or the One End Missed Paired Reads report, click the appropriate icon on the report toolbar.

• To save the currently displayed Paired Reads Table report to a text file, on the report toolbar, click the Save Report icon

. A default name (<project name>_Output_Paired_ReverseDir, <project name>_Output_Paired_SameDir, or <project name>_Output_One_End_Missed) and location (the project output folder) are provided for the file, but you can change one or both of these values.
