The NextGENe application has the NextGENe Viewer, which is a viewing and editing tool that you can use to view the results of the Sequence Alignment tool. After you load a project in the viewer, a variety of options are available for navigating the information that is displayed in the viewer. Although many of the functions and options that are available in the viewer are not dependent on the type of project that you have loaded in the viewer, other functions and options are project-specific.
