If you open a project file for an STR analysis project in the NextGENe viewer, then an STR report, which is an application-specific report, is available. The report has visualization options that are specific for STR analysis. An STR Reads Histogram report, which is a report that details all the read information for all the alleles that were identified for a selected locus across all loci in the project, is also available.
