NextGENe Viewer Comparison Reports and Tools

After you load a project in the NextGENe viewer, reports and tools are available from the NextGENe Viewer Comparisons menu for comparing selected information (for example, the expression levels) between two or more projects that were aligned to the same reference sequence.
