To specify the output file name and location
The Load Data page displays a single option for specifying the location of the saved output file and by default, it is populated with the directory path for the first sample file that was loaded.
1. Do one of the following:
• In the Output field, leave the default location for the output folder as-is, and then continue to To specify the values for the data analysis steps.
• Click Set to open a Save As dialog box to browse to and select a new location for the output folder. The location can be a local drive or a network drive.
 | If the location is a network drive, then you can specify a Local Temp Directory option to speed up the processing of the data. See Specifying NextGENe Process Options. |
| | The default Output folder name is based on the name of the data file that you loaded and is appended with the phrase “_Output.” |
