To automatically group sample files
The Auto-Grouping function automatically groups your sample files based on the last manual grouping option selected. This option is ideal if you want to always group your sample files the same way when analyzing samples.
1. On the Load Samples dialog box, click Group Samples.
The Sample Group Editor dialog box opens.
2. Select the appropriate manual grouping option.
3. Confirm that any build out of sample names has been appropriately defined.
4. Click Auto Grouping.
5. Click OK.
The Group Sample dialog box closes. You return to the Load Samples dialog box.
6. Click OK.
The Load Samples dialog box closes. You return to the Analysis page. The sample files are displayed in their resulting groups in the Samples pane at the bottom of the page.

To remove the groupings and run the sample files individually again, you must click Edit Samples to open the Load Samples dialog box. Click Remove All to remove all sample files, and then load the files again. See Step 6.
