Transcript report settings
You can click the Report Settings icon on the NextGENe Viewer toolbar to open the Transcript Report Settings dialog box, and specify what information is to be displayed in the report. You specify the records that are to be included in the Transcript report on the Filters tab of the Transcript Reporting Settings dialog box. The Region Type options on the Filters tab of the Transcript Report Settings dialog box are different for an index that was created from a GenBank file versus an index that was not created from a GenBank file

Show the indicated sequence type.
Filters
Display the link record in the report only if the link number (the number of reads that overlap the link) meets the indicated threshold or display the region record in the report only if the number of reads that cover the region meets the indicate threshold.
You specify which columns are to be displayed for each record in the Transcript report on the Columns tab of the Transcript Report Settings dialog box. By default, all columns are selected.
When you generate a Transcript report, you can click Settings to open a Settings menu, and then do any of the following:
Click Load from file to browse to and select a Settings file (.ini file) to generate the Transcript report based on the saved settings in the file.
Click Save to file to save your settings for the report in a Settings file (.ini file). You can use this saved Settings file to generate the Transcript report for another project based on the settings in the file.
Click Default to return all selections and all values on both tabs on the Transcript Report Settings dialog box to their default values.
