To carry out differential expression pathway analysis
1. On the report main menu, click File > Upload gene list to Pathway Studio.
The Sample Setting dialog box opens. The names of the projects that were loaded as the sample projects are displayed appropriately in each Sample name field.
2. Enter the appropriate sample settings for your analysis, and then click OK.
The Sample Setting dialog box closes. Differential expression values of Ratio, log2Ratio Fold Change, z-value, and p-value are uploaded to Pathway Studio. You are re-directed to the login page for Pathway Studio.
3. Log in to Pathway Studio.
The Expression Comparison data is imported into Pathway Studio. You can now carry out a detailed differential expression pathway analysis for the sample projects. See Differential gene expression analysis of transcriptome data.
