Sequence Alignment Project Reports Overview
After you complete a sequence alignment project (either for single sequence reads or for paired-end/mate-paired data), a variety of interactive reports—sequence alignment project reports—are available in the viewer that summarize the sequence alignment information for a project.
The Sequence Alignment project Mutation report, or simply, the Mutation report, is automatically generated for the project. See Sequence Alignment Project Mutation Report.
You can also manually generate a variety of other sequence alignment project reports that provide detailed information about matched/unmatched reads, coverage distribution, expression levels, and so on. All but two of these sequence alignment project reports are available from the Reports menu on the NextGENe Viewer main menu. See::
