When you load any sequence alignment project into the NextGENe Viewer, the viewer always opens in the default alignment view. The default layout for the NextGENe Viewer has six major components:

• The title bar.

• The main menu.

• The toolbar.

• The Whole Genome viewer.

• The Alignment viewer.

• The Status bar.
