Compliance with Best Practice Guidelines
View the ChimeRMarker Concordance with Best Practice Guidelines Webinar
A publication from the British Journal of Hematology by Clarke et al. has outlined the best practice guidelines for performing quantitative Chimerism analysis using Short Tandem Repeat (STR) based techniques.
ChimeRMarker software is fully automated chimerism analysis software that is compatible with all major chemistries and instruments. As shown below, ChimeRMarker software is concordant with the recommendations discussed in this paper.
In addition to these recommendations, Clarke et al. also makes the following reporting suggestions:
- Full recipient demographics, including DOB, reference number, gender, etc.
- Donor Type
- Donor Sources
- Donor Gender and Key Identifiers
- Transplant date
- Transplant Type
Recommendation 2 is fulfilled by the inclusion of a longitudinal graph that is appended by each new set of samples to monitor the chimerism stability.

The Convenience of ChimeRMarker Software
ChimeRMarker software's informative report header, in conjunction with the recipient information tool, enable all of these details to be conveniently included in the ChimeRMarker software.
